Backyard Redo : Following the completion of our remodel, we decided to enlarge the backyard so that the kids have more room to play, as well as add golf hole. We started planning this mid-May 2008, but didn't actually get the plans completed until August 2009 (oops). The golf hole will be about 80 yards long with a 2500 sq-ft Softrak artificial green. The backyard grass will initially be rye but we will plant Bermuda in June 2010.

Frontyard Redo : We're not sure yet what we're doing with our front yard.

House Remodel : This shows the changes that occurred with our house. The actual construction began October 4, 2007 and we passed final inspection May 16, 2008, so a little more than 7 months total from start to finish. We expanded and redid our kitchen, added a 1.5-story step-down family room, and added a basement game/rec room under the new space.

Neighborhood : We live in the Hunt's Reserve subdivision in southern Chapel Hill.

UNC-CH Campus : We like to hang out sometimes on the campus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
